Data Conversion

In most instances, it is not practical to re-key data from your old system into the new one. RMI provides electronic data conversion services as a normal step in the implementation project. We will assist you with converting all active data, such as master files, financial information and open balances over to ADVANTAGE so that you can begin using your new business solution on a day to day basis as quickly as possible. This service ensures that all data is converted accurately and in a manner that meets future reporting goals.

RMI has extensive experience converting data from many competing systems. All we require is a “machine-readable” copy of your existing data files in order to complete the data conversion.
