RMI’s Help Desk team, located in Avon, CT, is professionally trained, each with college level degrees, Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification, and Microsoft Certifications so that you are always working with someone you can trust. RMI’s Help desk team is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm ET.
