Project Management

Successful Project Management requires coordination and cooperation between RMI’s Client Services Team and your Project Team. 

RMI follows a formal Implementation Methodology and Workplan that has been proven successful for over 500 hundred implementations of our ADVANTAGE Solution.  We initiate each implementation project with a review of our standard Workplan and modify it as needed to meet the specific goals and objectives of our client. 

Once a project is started, RMI provides project status reviews to the entire Project Team on a regularly scheduled basis.
