RMI is founded
RMI Corporation was founded by Paul R. Chapdelaine to deliver complete management accounting solutions for mid-market companies throughout the United States.
Upon graduating from Central Connecticut State University in June of 2006 and attaining her Accounting degree, Mrs. Holowesko promptly joined the RMI team. Starting out as a staff consultant, Mrs. Holowesko became HDI certified and attained numerous Microsoft accolades making her a highly decorated certified Microsoft Professional.
Mrs. Holowesko has worked with every department within the company making her an asset to any employee within the organization and the management team as well as RMI’s software solution, ADVANTAGE 365. Her previous industry experience, innovative problem solving and customer service have been paramount in her success at RMI.
Currently, Mrs. Holowesko’s duties involve senior consultant functions, acclimating new team members, monitoring client services staff and RMI’s celebrated SLA, and most importantly making sure that RMI’s customers receive quality software & support.
In 2008, Ahmad Fawad joined RMI as a member of the Development Team. Ahmad has since grown into his current position as Manager of Development and plays an integral role in managing all technical and back end activities while overseeing RMI’s team of developers to optimize and improve functionality within ADVANTAGE 365. Mr. Fawad’s deep understanding of Microsoft products, specifically Business Central, and project management stems from more than 20 years of software development experience allowing him to excel by delivering innovative customer-centric solutions. Mr. Fawad earned his Bachelor’s degree of Science and Engineering before his post graduate work as a database design specialist.
Mr. Fawad’s approach to challenge the boundaries of software development has helped ADVANTAGE 365 surpass the traditional boundaries of ERP software and build a powerful reputation for RMI within the software community. Ahmad is constantly exploring and delivering innovative system updates, improved functionality, modifications, add-ons, and upgrades.
Mr. Fawad’s deep understanding of ADVANTAGE 365’s technical intricacies coupled with extensive knowledge of end user expectations underlies his commitment to improving the platform’s functionality, efficiencies and user experience.
In 2014, Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University. He subsequently joined the RMI Team as a staff consultant, where he achieved numerous successful implementations of ADVANTAGE 365.
During his time at RMI, Matt diligently pursued multiple Microsoft Certifications to remain up to date on the latest updates and features offered by Microsoft. This proactive approach ensures he delivers optimal support to RMI’s team and clientele.
Through his demonstrated expertise and commitment to fostering strong client relationships, Matt advanced to his current role as Client Services Engineer. In this capacity, he serves as a pivotal liaison between customers, the client services team, and the development team, dedicated to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of ADVANTAGE 365.
Notably, Matt is presently overseeing all upgrades to ADVANTAGE 365, a platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Justin Ferrari graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2012 with a degree in Business Information Systems. Immediately after graduation, he joined RMI, beginning his career as a staff consultant to familiarize himself with the software.
Quickly advancing into the IT department, Mr. Ferrari has played a crucial role in the technological evolution of RMI’s product. His responsibilities include maintaining and developing back-end infrastructure and implementing new technologies to enhance the company’s offerings. His work has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of RMI’s systems.
Mr. Ferrari’s expertise in cloud and infrastructure administration has made him an invaluable asset to the team. His commitment to innovation and excellence continues to drive the company’s success in providing top-notch software solutions and support to its customers.
