Goals and Objectives Call

Your designated sales contact and project manager will ensure your business is an ideal fit by asking questions about your processes and expectations from ADVANTAGE 365. With this information they will begin to plan the different features to walk through in your demonstration.

Demo

You will be presented with a demo by RMI staff tailored specifically from the information gathered from your goals and objectives call. This serves as a preview of what you could expect from ADVANTAGE 365 and allows you to pose any questions and discuss how we align with your current business processes.

Sign up Online

When you have concluded RMI is scalable, affordable, and easy-to-use visit www.rmiusa.com/signup to begin the checkout process by entering the number of users and desired package to your cart. This is also where you will apply any promo codes you received from sales staff! www.rmiusa.com/signup

Intro Call

Following sign-up you will receive a call from your designated project manager to schedule your formal training and introductions to the system. Congratulations! You are officially part of the RMI family!

Training, Data Conversion, Implementation

Moving forward, your project manager continues to work alongside your entire team to set-up efficient reporting, dashboard, invoice etc. layouts complete with your company branding and custom features. RMI offers unlimited training and support for all users and is committed to working closely with you until you are 100% confident with your new system.

Go Live with ADVANTAGE 365

Upon complete data conversion, training, and set-up you are live on the system! The expectations and tools necessary for your success have been tested for perfection and have the stability to handle the continued growth of your business. www.rmiusa.com/signup.

Step 7: On-going Support

HDI certified support staff available 7am - 8pm EST to answer all of your ADVANTAGE 365 questions and are on standby 24/7 for critical support cases. RMI’s staff will help train new employees, perform on & off-site visits for demos and walk throughs, build any report free of charge, and more!
